Notebook paper with "Organize Your Mind, Master Your Life" quote on desktop next to pencil and cup of coffee

How does your mind feel?

  • Peaceful or pissed off?
  • Joyful or jumbled?
  • Serene or scattered?

How your mind feels directly impacts how you live your life.

The state of our lives is a result of the state of our mind.

Is your mind an organized and calm space that you’re inspired to visit, feel supported by, and is a magnet for magnificent ideas? (If yes, then YAY, YOU!!)

Or, is it a cramped, scattered, overly-stuffed dump of never-ending piles of crap as far as the eye can see? (If yes, welcome to the club!)

I know for me, my mind was a disaster area of shoulds, musts, and ought-tos that were perfumed with smells of guilt, shame, anxiety, and frustration.

It was NOT pretty, to state the obvious.

My life reflected these mind viruses.  Daily you could find me feeling over-whelmed, over-worked, and unhappy.  And, although on the outside people thought I was well-put-together, organized, and successful, on the inside I felt like a fraud, worried that at any moment I would be discovered as the imposter that I was and would be fired on the spot.

I finally decided that I did not want to live that way anymore.  I knew something significant needed to change and that change needed to start with me.
